If you can’t step out during the rain, enjoy the benefits of skipping rope indoors. It is a fun and intense cardio exercise that burns calories and requires minimal space and equipment.

Jumping jacks is another excellent way to get your heart rate up. The exercise engages your arms, legs, and core.

It involves running in one place, so you can do it anywhere. Pick a spot and jog while lifting your knees as high as possible towards your chest.

Push-ups can be performed anywhere without equipment. They are effective for building upper body strength targeting the chest, shoulders, triceps, and core muscles.
