India's Revised Schedule for ODI World Cup: Dates and venues of India's ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 matches.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Wednesday announced that nine matches of the 2023 ODI World Cup has been rescheduled. This includes India’s marquee fixture against Pakistan in Ahmedabad, which will now be played on 14 October instead of 15 October.
Apart from the Pakistan game, India’s match against the Netherlands has been moved from 11 November to 12 November.
The Men in Blue will open their World Cup campaign against Australia in Chennai on 8 October and will have less than a week to prepare for the Pakistan clash.
India will play their league matches in Chennai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Pune, Dharamsala, Lucknow, Mumbai, Kolkata and Bengaluru against Australia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, New Zealand, England, Sri Lanka, South Africa and the Netherlands respectively.

India are two-time World Cup champions having lifted the trophy in 1983 and 2011. Since then, India have exited in the semi-finals twice (2015 and 2019) with the ICC trophy drought running from the 2013 Champions Trophy.
The World Cup will be a great opportunity for the side to turn things around after the disappointment of World Test Championship final where they lost by 209 runs against Australia.

India vs Afghanistan: 11 October, Delhi
India vs Pakistan: 14 October, Ahmedabad
India vs Bangladesh: 19 October, Pune
India vs New Zealand: 22 October, Dharamsala
India vs England: 29 October, Lucknow
India vs Sri Lanka: 2 November, Mumbai
India vs South Africa: 5 November, Kolkata
India vs Netherlands: 12 November, Bengaluru

The development comes after the CAB were informed by Kolkata police that it would be difficult for them to provide security on 12 November citing Kali Puja.
Cricket Australia will trim this 18-player squad down to 15 after a five-match series in South Africa in September.
